Ulos Hutaraja Pardamean Village, the Ulos weaving tradition continues to be maintained which has been known by the Batak tribe since the 14th century. Ulos cloth has an important role in the culture of the Batak tribe. Each pattern and color of Ulos Cloth has its own philosophy and use. There is a meaning of Kain Ulos for every moment of life of the Batak people, whether from birth, marriage, work, to death someone has a special Ulos Cain that needs worn in those moments.

The arrangement of Ulos Hutaraja Pardamean Village is very neat and interesting, since it was inaugurated on February 03, 2022 by Mr. President Joko Widodo, this place has become a must-visit place. Batak traditional houses neatly arranged with red, white and black Gorga decorations and views of Lake Toba beautify the eyes while looking at the local people weaving ulos in front of their respective houses. Visitors are also allowed to buy the weaves of the residents, while asking the residents about their meaning or meaning.
